An Integrated Model of Production, Maintenance, and Quality Control with Statistical Process Control Chart of a Supply Chain

This article investigates integrated maintenance, production, and product quality control policy for a supply chain consisting of single machine producing only one type product, main storage warehouse, multi-purchases warehouses. The variation the production rate its use over time impact manufacturing system’s degradation degree. Hence, is subject to random failure that directly affects products. goal this study establish an optimal delivery planning with inventory management considering holding, costs, then appropriate maintenance strategy, influence on system degradation. Also, we provide reduce proportion non-compliant products by using statistical process chart forecast production. Forecasting aims satisfy varying demands during finite horizon under service levels. Numerical examples are presented justify effectiveness suggested strategy.
